Nancy Marshall is interested in seeing the big picture through small things. Not only are her paintings about community and companionship, they also focus on the elements of earth, wind, fire and water. The work combines the beauty of place with an awareness of life sustaining elements of place.

Living builds memories and as I age I become nostalgic about them. Although I’m living NOW, I observe life’s many passages as measured movement in time and space observed in memory.
